Tom Tran
Mr. Tran is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of a residential development company in greater Houston. Additionally, he is the founder and executive director of a pharmacy network for 20+ years. His entrepreneurial leadership encompasses innovative business strategies, organizational development, operational framework, corporate structuring and financial growth. Prior experience includes a developmental engineering at Hewlett-Packard R&D facility.
Tri Tran
As Chief Operating Officer and VP of ViCare Health, Tri Tran, oversees and implements care coordination in 33 Provider’s practices covering Houston Market and New Orleans Market. Dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of its communities, ViCare Health assists the providers to deliver high quality, low-cost, patient-centered care throughout 19 clinics.
Prior to joining ViCare Health, Tran held leadership positions of CEO, VP, Administrators, and other various leadership positions in his 20+ years in the healthcare industry. He was an active member in the community while serving on the Chamber of Commerce.
Tran has bachelor’s Degree in nursing and has been a nurse for over 20 years. He also has a master’s in business administration and health Care Administration (MBA & MHA) from the University of Houston.
Tommy Pham, MD
Dr. Pham holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Texas Austin, followed by his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He completed his 1st year internship in Family Medicine at LSU Shreveport, and then went on to complete his second and third year with the Memorial Family Residency Program in Houston, TX.
Dr. Pham provides excellent care to patients of all ages, demonstrating his compassion and empathy towards their needs. He is a board-certified family physician and a fellow member of the American Board of Family Medicine.
During his leisure time, Dr. Pham cherishes moments with his wife, Adrienne Pham, who is a physician's assistant at Kelsey Seybold, and their two children. Whether it involves traveling together or exploring new restaurants, he embraces these beautiful experiences. Additionally, Dr. Pham is fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Spanish.
